That's how it is! Then on the way home you can quickly stop at Aldi to get the power for the night :)

I have serious doubts about that, even though politics currently seems very ambitious.

Apart from that, V2H in, for example, Asia has so far been running over DC, i.e. CCS or Chademo. That doesn't fit at all with the 11 kW BAFA chargers that have been/will be installed in large numbers. I'm curious about the solution. Whether the current chargers will get it via update or if new wall boxes will be necessary again? I hope at least that it happens within the term of my BAFA funding approval :)

Or at the employer. That will probably be the end of free charging stations. But it was expected that this would only work temporarily (as long as almost no one uses it).

Since when are WBs being installed in larger quantities? There is probably still a lot to happen here.

The car is, of course, not primarily intended as a buffer storage. And I don’t want my house to drain the car at night so that I can’t leave in the morning. So the car would need to know how much charge it can give. Woe betide me if I don’t want to take the direct way to work the next morning.... Ok, but other people have certainly thought about this intensively.

What does this mean for a home builder? Probably nothing at all.

Since the BAFA fund is empty, there is now KFW funding (kfw-441). The charging stations can have up to 22 kW.

a) The subsidy does not apply to private individuals, but only to companies
b) The 440 subsidy for private individuals (whose fund is currently empty) also applied to 22 kW charging stations. They just had to be throttled initially. What you do with it after 12 months does not matter. Then you can officially upgrade back to 22 kW or remove the throttling.

You are right. I hope that the 440 fund will be replenished. We are preparing the installation for the new building (high-voltage power is being laid, etc.). However, we are waiting for the funding.

Rest assured, people are thinking about this. Good wallboxes today can already adapt to the house's consumption in conjunction with photovoltaics and, for example, only use the surpluses. This can certainly work the other way around as well, and the whole system becoming more and more networked is inevitable. If you want to have power from the car at night, you simply don't park it completely empty or you just have nothing from the battery at night. The principle is to add value to the currently uneconomical home electricity storage. Namely, that you can still drive to work with your storage battery. I already have an approval, so I hope the whole topic will be addressed within their term.
