Condominium purchase - feasibility study

I am now a fan of the simple comparison
Old warm rent + savings contribution to loan annuity + additional housing costs (heating, waste, insurance, etc.)

For an apartment, of course, do not forget to factor in the [Hausgeld], which is nicely low in the first few years but then increases.

In our "worst-case scenario," a 1800 euro installment would be feasible. So about 400-450 euro house money is planned. But it really shouldn’t increase at first - otherwise, vacation will be canceled. Is that realistic?

Rent index is difficult, you have to see for how much they go, but we have about the same. For me about 10-12€/sqm. The apartment is not cheap. But if apartments in the area are already going for that, then the price is justified. You might be able to negotiate. Otherwise, equity is good, income too. But for the kitchen, expect about 20k if it is a granite countertop.

Well, "only" because the apartment sells doesn't justify the price. For that, I would need to know the buyers' financings.

Do I understand this correctly? The apartment that costs approximately ~600k to buy could be rented for 1200 cold? That would then be no question for me, renting is clearly cheaper.
