The design with swapped living room and bedroom without guest WC suits me best. Since you obviously also have the top floor (or? Otherwise, you wouldn’t have the roof terrace), it shouldn’t be a problem to have the downpipe planned for the guest WC end on the 5th floor. This way, you won’t have splashing noises in the living room and bedroom from toilets above you, because there aren’t any.

My only point of criticism would be that you have to walk through the living area from the bedroom to get to the WC – but one has to accept this, and that would be the most acceptable for me. However, I would enlarge the bedroom somewhat at the expense of the living room, otherwise having enough space for the wardrobe will be really tight. Is the window in the living room floor-to-ceiling or of normal sill height? Then you could place the sofa differently (personally, I don’t like if the sofa is right in the middle and you have to sit with your back to the entrance).

Rainer Zufall? - I understood it to mean that the shape is also identical, which is statistically rather rare in different objects

Cancel or tile, that's a matter of taste I almost objected that you would be sitting next to the downpipe anyway - but from the roof terrace I conclude that there is no apartment above anymore, so here only the boxing for the pipe ventilation would be possible. It "doesn't make that much noise"

Yes, the apartment is a top floor. It is currently being clarified what is going on with the red circle. It could possibly look like this.

Yes, is that possible?
I have circled in pink what I would consider a statically relevant column:

(possibly also the corner "above" at the door stop)

If I were you, I would just rotate everything. You could also leave the bedroom there and swap the living room and kitchen. Or, or. You can also leave out the downstairs WC and instead plan a small utility room or back kitchen there. Or you place the bedroom in the east, dining in the west, and kitchen downstairs left... Try out all possibilities.
