I used the wrong word, 1800 would be the repayment rate including house fees, everything else would be absolutely not feasible.

ok understood

I think I have found the dream condominium - built in 2015 - more of a maisonette apartment (like a house) with 4 units - 160 sqm - unfortunately a loan of 410,000 Euros is needed. Possibly subsidies still allow a reduction. Feels too extreme despite the dream property :-/. With interest, I come to 600k Euros overall. Feels like a "bargain" compared to the properties of the past months.

The total amount including interest is 670,000 euros. But I'll take a look at it. A loan of 370,000 to 400,000 euros would be necessary anyway if I want to have anything useful in the area. And from what I've read so far in some forums, that should be manageable for us. Still intense... .

But that is also a fancy apartment. 140 sqm is intense and a lot. Then also a 4-family house. Now that’s what I call a dream property. With us, an apartment with 134 sqm costs about €630,000 + parking space.

Is this now a different apartment than the one in the first post?

It’s 160 sqm + roof terrace. Pretty oversized for 3 people, but according to the specifications less than 300 euros monthly maintenance fee. I’m looking for the mistake...

yeah, another one
