It's always a question of what you need. Some consider electric roller shutters important, I personally see it as a luxury and would rather invest the money in the photovoltaic system. Similar with showers that feel like 4 sqm and similar fun. Due to time constraints, I haven't gone through the exact Schwörerhaus construction service description yet, but on the first pass it looked like you can live well even in the standard house. That the "Edition extra" is more of an "Edition less" is also communicated quite clearly. And my cousin built with Weberhaus this year and said he rather downgraded from the standard than upgraded. Currently, I'm not quite sure where the prevailing opinion here in the forum comes from that when it comes to a prefab house you definitely have to calculate 30K for upgrades.

Things like a garage are never included in the house price anyway unless you specifically ask for it. By the way, we did that and at this price, I'll build the carport myself, otherwise it's more expensive than what's underneath.

(And just to clarify, our offer from Schwörerhaus had nothing to do with the catalog price either, but our wish list was completely checked once, with 40+, basement, photovoltaic with storage, air-water heat pump, underfloor heating, extra windows)

I have several blinds on the ground floor, there electric is not a luxury. Not even the central control. Rather worth every euro. After more than 12,000 operations I know what I'm talking about.

Regarding your questions there, by the way, I have the impression that you won't get any answers in the thread – rather, they just collect questions there which are then answered on their internet company TV channel, i.e. you have to look for the answers there ... In this regard, "prefab" houses are "finished" in the sense of "practically final": your electrician can't just chase new lines into the plaster like with a brick house. And because nobody wants it, unfortunately for show houses too: "Image may contain optional equipment."

As far as I know, a hillside location is VERY expensive. That means, in my opinion, before purchasing you should not only talk to prefab builders, but also to a hillside-experienced construction company from the region. Then critically review ALL items. To be honest, I am not convinced that the plot fits your budget.

Maybe one should have just asked something here in the meantime July/November ;)

Additional construction costs are not included in a construction performance description at all. The construction performance description relates to the house and only to the house.
Additional construction costs relate to the plot of land, the house building company stays out of it. It's your issue, the plot.

And how was it?
