It's always a question of what you need. Some consider electric roller shutters important, I personally see it as a luxury and would rather invest the money in the photovoltaic system. Similar with showers that feel like 4 sqm and similar fun. Due to time constraints, I haven't gone through the exact Schwörerhaus construction service description yet, but on the first pass it looked like you can live well even in the standard house. That the "Edition extra" is more of an "Edition less" is also communicated quite clearly. And my cousin built with Weberhaus this year and said he rather downgraded from the standard than upgraded. Currently, I'm not quite sure where the prevailing opinion here in the forum comes from that when it comes to a prefab house you definitely have to calculate 30K for upgrades.
Things like a garage are never included in the house price anyway unless you specifically ask for it. By the way, we did that and at this price, I'll build the carport myself, otherwise it's more expensive than what's underneath.
(And just to clarify, our offer from Schwörerhaus had nothing to do with the catalog price either, but our wish list was completely checked once, with 40+, basement, photovoltaic with storage, air-water heat pump, underfloor heating, extra windows)
