Agreement. Unfortunately, yes. That is a task for the new minister, to bring more standardization back into the federal patchwork. If you start there, what you call "green nonsense" suddenly is no longer "stupid," but at one place or another sensible and cost-effective to implement. That resources are finite is not a political statement. So it makes sense to deal with it, which is also what the other democratic parties do. You apparently have not understood. The core of serial building lies beyond serial production. This is merely a prerequisite of the concept, which is primarily about an economical and resource-conserving circular economy. What serial building is, what the providers you mentioned do has nothing to do with.

Addition: It is a logical error to measure ideas by what is without focusing on how it should be. This logical error serves the rejecting position. Example: "We could eat potato gratin today." "No, we don’t have any potatoes." "We have to make sure that more people like to use public transport." "No, in the countryside no bus runs." "We could make building cheaper by promoting and enforcing certain standards." "No, because we have too many different building authority decisions." It becomes especially funny when action is also pushed aside. "One should go shopping – but there’s no time for that." "More buses should run – but that’s too expensive." "One should start there – but that’s too complicated." The question, "how could we achieve that" there is Potato gratin Public transport is used more Building authority bureaucracy is better organized is usually killed by this. Funny is that yesterday-stickers follow this approach just like those people harshly criticized for not being able to get a job using the same argumentative logic.

In Germany, we just need the gold standard solution for everything, and of course even the smallest exception to the exception must be regulated... and naturally there must also be an appropriate compensation for everyone else regarding this exception, etc.

Untangling that will take much longer than we still have time for. In this respect, we will probably have to go through it now and above all hold back more on equipment, size, and perhaps also the "quality" of the home... or just do more ourselves again...

Because she spreads left-wing populism?

"We are really saving on costs. You can easily cut 30 to 40 percent." Instead of, for example, 5000 euros construction costs per square meter, you could then end up at 2500 to 3000 euros per square meter."

Are prices including the land. It's a pity that you have no idea about building. Just Google "Hamburger Modell". The people in Hamburg were able to reduce construction costs by about one third. Of course, this does not apply to single-family houses, as they are too individual. But the single-family house is also not the solution to the housing shortage in Germany.

If that is your logic, then a person is responsible with their actions for what you write about them. Strange.

Yes, I also see that as a very expensive and obstructive phenomenon far beyond construction. I fear that too, that it could take a long time – but starting to work on it and developing a target vision of how it should be and then a plan of what should be implemented first is in any case more sensible than tinkering around with individual aspects. When people know where something should lead and with
