Guys, this was supposed to be about something completely different! Your regulars' table slogans about the injustices of this world do not belong here.

I see it exactly the same way. What definitely should not be promoted are the people who could afford a standard house and then get the upgrade to the KfW40 palace free of charge at the expense of everyone else
Another view: How can anyone come up with the idea that a permanent reduction of the share with increasing income is fair. How can anyone come up with the idea to increase the share even further.
Your choice of words is repeatedly disrespectful. Ms. Hubertz also does not give me the impression of being a perfect appointee, we will see. What would be interesting for promotion, in my view, is the concept of serial construction, as it addresses the possibility of more circular economy. A flat-rate bonus for timber, I would consider wrong.Since the SPD aunt is keen on timber construction, maybe there will be a bonus for timber construction instead of QNG.

There is currently no indication that anything will improve. Since the SPD aunt likes timber construction, there might be a bonus for timber construction instead of QNG.
Serial building is great. But with that, you don't build a single individual single-family house. Then you get German terraced house & Co. Individual is way too expensive for that. Just ask all those who post floor plans here if they really want off-the-shelf products. By "thanks," I do not mean free house choice with the usual providers, but maybe 2-4 models. More is not possible without destroying the economies of scale. What would be interesting for promotion, from my point of view, is the concept of serial building, as it addresses the possibility of more circular economy.
