@Ant11
A few pillars and steles can certainly be accommodated in the front yard. I think, except for the roof as a whole, it mostly follows one style.

Better get used to this language today than later. During the construction phase, things are even rougher. You can say whatever you want then, but nothing will change about it. Since you have already mostly expressed the arguments (if they can be accepted as such) in advance, I could already take them into account in my response.
In that sense, the language may be harsh, but it hits the mark.
I can put it differently:
A house with 200 sqm, where a storage room (office/storage) becomes a child's bedroom at midday (not a bad idea in itself), where a 200x200 bed doesn’t fit in the master bedroom, the wastewater routing doesn’t work, is simply in need of optimization. And the view (of what?) must be especially good when washing dishes. When washing dishes! If there is a view anywhere there, living space (not washing space) belongs there first.
Either the architect was pressured with too many "must haves" and simply can’t do it, didn’t have the guts, or the architect is more of a draftsman than an architect. For a fee of at least 40,000 euros, I would expect significantly better work (in the long run). But you are not yet at the end of development.
And if you like it that way: then build like that and don’t ask for criticism if you can’t take it.
