I find it unnecessary in the hallway and vestibule and would instead set up a reading corner there. The house is spacious and works. But honestly: this nice floor space in the kitchen gets a worktop of 3.60... if you subtract the stove, sink, and storage space for kitchen appliances, there remains a pure work surface of about 1.20. Aha, that is supposed to be extended - totally missed that I wanted to comment on the windows: I find it always looks strange when the outer walls on the left and right are quite narrow next to the outer windows.
