Those would be more the employees than himself, he would function more as the "financier," I know it sounds stupid & spoiled, but in this case it is no different and I’ve managed and done everything myself until now.

At the time of the house construction we are 27 & 26, a child’s room is to be planned, which we will use in the meantime as an office and storage/guest room until the garages are built, but I think for private reasons it will not come to us having children. I think that is not decisive now anyway.

The thing with the permit sounds good already, then the preliminary work can be spread over the 2 years :)

Oh, I misunderstood that. Well, even better. :)

We couldn't have any either but at least we tried. ;)
The children's rooms are now offices and guest rooms. If it had worked out and I hadn't had any rooms, I would have been more annoyed than having too many rooms now.

A tip, without advertising, at a large building materials dealer ...King offers construction containers free of charge for private individuals, only transport costs apply, but they can be combined with materials.
The deposit is returned when you are finished.
From experience, I can say that 250k is possible. In the end, it will get tight, but that is probably always the case.

Awesome, if that isn’t the icing on the cake :) Don’t you have a cousin at the utilities company or the building authority by any chance? :p

This will be a long, exciting project – hopefully the construction supervisors are just as ready and reliable.
Keep us updated!

Still need a good carpenter for the framing. An experienced roofer and then with 3 or 4 helpers a simple gable roof can be finished quickly. Put on the [Unterspannbahn], battens, attach the gutter and cover the roof.
