So - The hurdle that wasn’t one (60 cm knee wall) has been taken. Thanks again for the feedback. We are one step further in the meantime. Now we have received drafts from the architect (knee wall 1.5 meters). First roughly for orientation. I quite like it already, the wife still has one or two things that she doesn’t quite like yet. (Bathroom layout). In my opinion, the bedroom could also use a skylight. The architect asked us if we want a pantry. Actually not, but he has now prepared one draft with and one draft without pantry. I actually prefer the version with pantry, otherwise the kitchen is oversized. Possibly someone here might also have better suggestions on how to use the space

I will post the drafts and hope for constructive suggestions

Just skimmed through it quickly. The oversized kitchen seems that way because the kitchen drawn by the planner is totally stupid. With the measurements, I would make two lines. One wall line and a fat 3m x 1.2m block. The dining table seems a bit small to me. Measure it and draw one to scale. Also check the other furniture. I don't like the bathroom either, but that's going to be changed. I also wouldn’t want those partitioned wardrobes in the bedroom. You can make a proper walk-in closet there.

I definitely also prefer it with a pantry. The door from the bedroom to the bathroom seems totally unnecessary to me and prevents a wider closet. I would extend the closet across the entire width at the bottom of the plan and place a vanity table for the woman on the wall opposite or a dresser for putting down the watch, bracelets, earrings, etc.

I would swap the bathtub with the shower. But only for the reason that the window is then closer to the shower and the moisture dries faster. There is nothing uglier than moldy silicone joints.

Office and bathroom possibly swap, then the connections to the guest WC on the ground floor will also be aligned

...but note that the kitchen in the pantry version is a planning disaster! Since you have the opportunity, I would already consider my desired kitchen. Instead of the pantry, add three more tall cabinets, done.

With controlled residential ventilation, you (almost) don't have to worry about that. The shower doesn't work anyway, look where the 2-meter line is. Where is the showerhead supposed to go there? Or am I missing something? In my opinion, the window in the bathroom is also too small. A skylight or even a twin skylight would also allow for more standing height there

I agree with that too, provided the OP does not insist on having a direct passage from bedroom to dressing room to bathroom.
