We are currently also installing the Modular One Oak Pure Natural on the upper floor. The floor has a slight texture, which in my opinion already gives a fairly good wooden appearance. However, I have never lived with parquet myself, so I cannot say anything about the authenticity or whether the floor would pass a blind test against parquet (pass meaning that the difference to real wood cannot be felt). The click system is quite tight, which means the planks have to fit together really well. Usually, the just installed row only lies properly flat on the subfloor after the whole row has been properly (but not too hard!) tapped again with a block + rubber hammer. I cannot say anything about the long-term durability. I have the impression that you have been treading water for months and cannot really make a decision. One person says this, another says that. The problem with individual experiences is that very few people have installed multiple rooms with x brands and then gathered years of experience with each of those floors. A direct comparison like "floor x from brand a is better/worse than floor y from brand b" is therefore difficult to impossible. The manufacturers write all kinds of promises in their brochures and leaflets. What exactly is true and what isn’t is not easy to find out or perhaps not objectively possible at all. I believe you cannot go wrong with a well-known "brand" manufacturer, preferably producing regionally. If I go to the hardware store and buy no-name design flooring for €8/m², I should not have high expectations. But if a well-known manufacturer asks three or four times that price for their floor and has been successfully in business at that price level for a long time, it cannot be all bad; otherwise, their floor would be a slow seller.
