Don't overthink it. Basically, it doesn't matter how wide the planks are. Just lay them perpendicular to the main direction of the room, then it will work. Choose what you like better
Is it really that indifferent?
In small rooms, a 2.20m long plank wouldn't look so good if 1-2 planks are almost the entire room width. In that case, 1.20m country house planks would probably look better. The Modular One also has a surrounding micro-bevel.
I have also read that for large rooms people often use castle planks because the long planks make the room appear bigger.
