The utility room is too small for a house without a basement. I would swap the bathroom and guest room. The utility room could be slightly enlarged at the expense of the guest room.

And, what kind of windows are supposed to go into the roof? Only roof windows? And where do you see 60 sqm with a standing height of at least 200 cm? I only see just under 42 sqm.

That means, for example, a shower must have at least 250 cm distance from the outer wall in order to remain reasonably usable.
-------------------------
Kitchen .. 300 cm room depth, of which 60 cm is the kitchen unit, meaning 240 cm remain for passage and the table area. And that as the only dining spot. I think that is far too tight.

Is that supposed to be a fireplace in the living area? To which everyone then sits with their back?

Exactly, the fireplace should go next to the sliding door to the living room. I was told to place it as centrally as possible ... unfortunately, only the wall remained. Okay, the 60sqm was my mistake, I had looked with a knee wall of 1.25m. Ultimately, I want to fully utilize the 4.2m eaves height (even if it might look strange from the outside on a bungalow). The lighting in the attic is supposed to be via roof windows or are there other options? (no dormers allowed). As I said, I’m not completely 100% satisfied with the floor plan either. I would also like the kitchen and dining area to be bigger, but I don’t know how to arrange it. My girlfriend also doesn’t want an open kitchen. If you have any other suggestions, even completely different ones, feel free to share :)

Does the house have to be square?

And, I would rather consider getting technology, guest room, and storage under the roof and leaving parents, children, and bathrooms downstairs.

Can you also dimension the plot in your site plan file? And, the garage is not allowed on the other side of the house at the property boundary?

The price limit of 180k could also become a sticking point.

No, square is not a must, I just planned it that way to get the best possible space at the top. Unfortunately, the garage may not be outside the building window, unless towards the street up to 3m. The budget of 180k is purely for the house. Without outdoor facilities, garage, incidental construction costs. The garage is to be built later in-house, about 40k are still planned for this and the rest.
