What is the 10.5 sqm room? It consists of 2/3 traffic area...

Utility room..

I like the floor plan better than before, but I find the passage area in the utility room to be a waste of space. Does there absolutely have to be an exit there?

The peninsula in the kitchen takes up a lot of space. Therefore, the layout feels very cramped.
Is the pantry a must, or could you do without it in favor of the kitchen? With 10.5 sqm and suitable kitchen cabinets, storing supplies shouldn’t be a problem even without a pantry.

Again here, too much unnecessary traffic area, too small living/dining/cooking....

I also think that the second door in the utility room should be omitted in favor of the storage space. If there were a door at the rear of the garage, I could understand the reasoning, but not as it is. I agree with Nightdancer, the living & dining area would be too small for me (in relation to the large circulation area) Does the L-shape in the bathroom serve to accommodate the shower? Best regards
