Bungalow floor plan

Thank you That really looks functional! Unfortunately, from a property standpoint, I (still) cannot come to terms with such an arrangement. The "wasted" plot to the north (top) seems useless to me :( I have therefore always tried to place the house as far up as possible.

Yes - you're right - I had fiddled around and only then saw the property :D So yes - it's certainly not perfect like that. Take a look at the floor plan that the user posted here - the bungalow looked very good, maybe you'll get an idea from it.

But you would gain light and sun in the east. However, the arrangement of living and dining seems too tight to me.

Yes, the next sticking point... I definitely can't fit the existing furniture in there, let alone an additional dining area.
