Paint the two square meters, continue the kitchen wall straight through, no angled walls. Then it can also be used with a cabinet or something. My opinion. Karsten

The central middle of the house with hallway/kitchen/utility room can certainly be designed a bit more comfortably. Currently, unexplainable niches and 45-degree walls are created here, which are not necessary.

In my opinion, the almost 30 sqm of the kitchen room is a lot of wasted space. A kitchen unit of just 3.5x2.8 m fits .. because there should probably also be a dining table in there. Furnishing this room usefully and nicely seems super difficult to me.

Also the living room .. no access to the corner of the house, where there will presumably be a terrace? Then a sofa with a full view of the kitchen unit. And, where is the TV? In general, I don't understand why the corner doesn't open to the south.

I recommend sketching dining/cooking/living with realistic furniture.

HAR, storage room and pantry also form a strange miscellany of rooms.

Is the garage actually supposed to be parallel to the street? Then I find the driveway interesting.

I think the floor plan is no longer up for debate, it is fixed and has been submitted as a building application, except for minor details like the broom closet which can no longer be changed. And the client will know why it has to be exactly like this. Karsten

Which niches do you mean?

We are currently working on that. The dining table will probably be placed right next to the wall on the right. If we ever had to extend it, it would be pushed into the passageway to the living room. Otherwise, 3x3m are planned for it.

The terrace will be in front of the kitchen and living room, thus accessible from both rooms. The living room fits with furniture, it is 1:1 from our current one.

Unfortunately, we were constrained by the connections with the utility room. Miscellany? The storage room serves as a cellar replacement for my husband and the pantry will probably have to go. The garage will be roughly where the parking spaces are currently planned. Driveway in line with the house.
