When the shed is finally demolished, those will be the parking spaces in front of the garage. We just need to figure out how to connect it to the garage, the shed actually already has a concrete floor inside.

I thought the connections were from the street, not from the alley...

But business could also be placed in the east, where the driveway to the garages will be later.

As long as the excavator isn’t there yet, I don’t see anything lost. The building application will just have to be changed, I accept that. Unfortunately, we are frustrated with the new planner. Since May, with a break on our part for private reasons, we have been trying to plan with him, and somehow it just doesn’t fit. You know how it is in life; sometimes the chemistry just doesn’t match no matter how hard you try.

Exactly, the HAR has to stay there now. It was the wastewater company that pointed out the existing pipe in the alley; in the street it is exactly on the opposite side. During the site visit last Tuesday, the employee emphasized the alley once again. How it should be done at the neighboring property he will have to know then.
