it is also rather used to access a room where otherwise there would be no entry

correct, next to it another building plot is being developed

I already really like that. Friends of ours have eating/cooking as the center and I always find that nice when we are there.

Thank you very much for these suggestions, with them I can already make quite a bit of sense to find order in my head I printed out all the floor plans and now I take out my notebook and pen

by the way, this is the draft from the general contractor The orientation of the bedroom, the separation of the utility room / HAR as well as the entrance area with separate wardrobe ultimately led me to my draft

If I compare the "official site plan" (oriented to north - right?) with the site plan of the house (rotated until the drawn arrow pointed north) , then the proportions do not quite match. Can you sketch "your" property on the colored floor plan section? Property length probably about 48 to 51 m?

What does the grey shadow at the border to SchmidtsGasse mean?

What are your ideas for garden life? Kitchen garden?

Is Schmidtsgasse not passable? Or why should the access (but then a rotated garage) be from the other street?

I would also plan the dining/kitchen area as the center, where then the living room will be placed, that will work out. It doesn’t have to be attached to the dining room. Kerstin's suggestions are always good... I also sketched yesterday, but unfortunately had to stop. One more tip: take a look at the bungalows from Danwood and get some ideas there – for example, the Brave 176 has two zones for children and parents. A storage room can always be added somehow.
Best regards, Yvonne

It’s measured as a corner lot, surveying was last week, so far we only have the sketch from the sellers. Street about 20 m wide, then 48 m to the west, alley about 51 m.... the NE boundary then comes to about 23 m.

There is still a shed as existing structure that must be demolished.

Only leisure.

The alley is drivable, I would call it a resident’s street (proper road width, paved and lit), but the municipality only allows one property driveway from the street. We had actually planned the garages in the northeast corner and the house more centrally on the property. But it was rejected in the building pre-application because of the second property coming in on the west side, among other reasons also because the property sellers want it that way.
