Building ground suddenly a biotope

Ok, well I wouldn't have called 1.50m "only" when it comes to a nice view (various women can barely or not at all see over it). Whether a panoramic window is worth it there is probably a matter of opinion

It is worth it, let's say conditionally, we just want it, we have planned around the house forever. And for us, it fits exactly like this, that's why buying a house was not an option for us.

Well, my knots are increasing

- Panorama window with wall in front
- As much South garden as possible, due to a not strictly necessary wall the house is pushed more to the south
- South garden not directly accessible from the house because of the light well
- few doors and windows accessible from outside, but light well that still offers privacy
- basement despite unknown soil class and excavation class
- problems because of interference with the biotope and possibly costly solutions that, under other planning circumstances, might not occur

Keep your fingers crossed that on Monday a decision will be made in your favor and that the basement brings no surprises.
