We also wanted to build with the slope but are not allowed to go that high with the house because the basement must be below. Unfortunately, everything was rejected because of the heights. So the planner and so on said back then it is a possibility but they want to wait and see what comes out and then look further if it can be done differently.

We are allowed to build from all instances like this, only the last lower nature conservation authority is against it; if we need to make changes, we have to go through the city council and district administrator again with the forestry office, etc.
