Blow money? I can't quite follow you there.

Do you already have a plot of land?
Normally, it takes 2-3 years from finding a plot through house planning to a building contract. Sometimes even longer. That would be an ideal time to save plenty. Existing properties will probably get even worse, depending on the area.

Have you even checked if there is anything available where you live? All that is just empty talk if we are talking about the Munich commuter belt or similar.

Approximately how much? It's not like we don't save.

We currently have a plot of land reserved and are also considering building a house. There is relatively little equity available (however, the additional costs are relatively low, at least in terms of taxes), and the banks have so far always given positive feedback. At the beginning of the year, we made an appointment with Dr. Klein because we also had a house in view. But it was gone so quickly that the appointment actually didn’t need to take place anymore. We then used it to first explore what is possible. Perhaps such a conversation might also be interesting for you.

We have looked already. The plot would cost us about €80,000.
The house, which is not meant to be turnkey, costs us about €280,000.

I only hear a lot of hot air. First write down your expenses without gaps and how much you want to pay the bank at most as an installment?

But for the desired amount, that is not double the necessary, rather the minimum, with 2% repayment.

And the youngest are the first to go in the social plan and for almost nothing.

House suddenly 30% less valuable because the whole region suddenly dissolves if a factory coughs.

My posting already consisted of more content than just the first line
