Building a house without equity - is that possible?

Dear community, after we have now found a rough start through another thread, we are now wondering how to approach financing. We both (currently 19 & 20 years old) are married, have a positive credit record, no ongoing loans and earn a total of 3800€ net. It is a permanent contract with an automobile manufacturer. Our monthly expenses AT THE MOMENT: - 2 cars: 800€ - Apartment: total 625€ (including electricity, DSL) - all existing insurances: 191€ - GEZ - Subscriptions: 9.99€ - Mobile contracts: 55€ The rest remains for fuel and food. Since we are so young, we have no equity. We are aware that repayment will be more expensive than usual. But do we have a chance to finance WITHOUT equity (land and house approx. 450,000€) Has anyone financed without equity, if so with whom? Thanks!

Okay, if you want to put it that way: no job is secure. But our job is more secure than some others. Still, many people manage to get a loan. Of course, with equity. For that, they pay, for example, an installment of €700. We without equity want to pay about €1500 for it. We have been earning the €3800 since June.
