My thoughts exactly. But the young man wants a house. Especially since they still maintain 2 apartments. Meaning they have no experience living together at all.

We maintain two apartments because we moved. We have been living together since 2016!

First the one who wants to finance €450k with €2000 monthly, then the civil engineer who has over €4000 net at 25 years old in Lower Bavaria, and now this. I am probably crazy, but I feel like I'm being fooled.

Economic nonsense. You could have saved that money. 2 rental apartments and 2 cars on credit at 19 and 20 years old. Shows economic immaturity.
