That's what I mean, no food, no clothes, no savings, no vacation, no leisure expenses. Anyone can do the math nicely. So gasoline wasn't included either.

What are you expecting? The lady is half your age. But what I have to give credit to in the plan is that the plot of land is cheap!

I'm slowly starting to wonder what this thread is supposed to be about. You brush off all concerns, there is an answer to every criticism. What exactly do you want to know from us?

Just go to a bank, then you'll see that you won't get a loan of this size anyway.

Save your planned installment minus cold rent directly from your salary at the beginning of the month for 12 months. No cheating, no fallback, no cuts because of this or that. If that works, then we can continue talking here and there is also a small foundation. Before that, it's all just a big pipe dream.

Alright, let's do the math,

1st car: €192.90 (currently)
2nd car: €468.72
DSL: €29.99
Mobile contracts: €54.99
IG Metall: €22
Disability insurance 2x: €103
Accident insurance 2x: €44.53
Liability insurance: €6.51
Apartment insurance: €8.20
Spotify: €9.99
GEZ: €17
Food €400
Clothing €100
Leisure €100
Life insurance €50
Monthly additional costs €400
Installment €1400
Reserves €200
Vacation €250

Bang, exact landing €3900, oh no, not really!
Kit costs for the child and your loss due to pregnancy, reduction because of parental allowance 1-2 years are missing.

And extra repayments are also missing

What do you understand by the item “monthly incidental costs”?
We do not go on vacation even once a year. So that is out.
Leisure activity is at most exclusively €20/month.

In addition, I have to say that we are currently paying for two apartments (with a total rent of €1250) and we still keep going. And we still saved €1000 this month.
