I quote myself. You are now talking about a developer. That means the incidental purchase costs, which are not financeable, become due on the entire construction volume. Please take that into account. You need cash for that.

Well, that would be like a hobby, but the thread creator does not like to pursue hobbies.

please just contact me privately. Since this forum does not allow conversations for people with fewer than 100 posts, I would suggest you check out our Instagram page. No, this is not advertising!!! I am just looking for a way to get in touch with you to tell you about our experiences without revealing private things like email address or phone number here. Since I have formed a corresponding opinion about this forum by now, as you can see again in this thread, I do not want to fuel this discussion any further here. We are at a similar point in life as you. Both are 25, and our income situation looks similar, and we have also made it.

If interested, just search for "raphiennestraumhaus" on Instagram and send us a message there. Then I can give you some tips on how everything worked out for us.

And to the rest here, I wish you lots of fun dissecting this post like everything else!

3....2....1... Have Fun!

Nothing is being dismantled here, many are expressing their opinions. And everyone is stupid, only you are cool. But nice that it worked out for you.
