I see existing real estate more, as it is more predictable and usually also cheaper than a new build.

At that age, with such a very low net income, it's all nonsense. And yes, I know the net income will increase...

Of course, we have to eat, drink, and refuel.
But we live according to what remains available to us. If I can pay €1500 per month for my house, then I do that and cut back on variable costs.

That we do the painting/wallpapering work and the floor coverings ourselves except for the tiles.
