It is clear that the kitchen is reaching its limits. Ironing will not work in the utility room. Consider where the wardrobe should go. Possibly enclose the staircase and create a wardrobe storage room underneath. Set the slanted wall differently, preferably a straight design.

House B is probably a Grzebiela "Finkenweg", I did not find House A.

In 28 sqm living area, all uncles and aunts always fit in, and there was still room for neighbors, despite a big Christmas tree.

Basically as an underneath annex - however, not retrofittable.

and all the connection cables in the utility room will clearly mess up your concept in there.

Maybe another window in the living room? The TV corner might possibly become a bit dark.

Otherwise, cute little house.

I do not share this opinion. It only gets cramped if you are a "wall unit or living wall fetishist," need a sprawling "sofa set," and absolutely want to integrate a TV as a dominant element in the room. With 28sqm, you can create a great space.

We have accommodated a kitchen, dining area for 8 people (without table extension), kitchen, tiled stove with bench, chaise longue, and straight staircase within 50sqm; it looks airy and has no tight spots.

That is correct. The other house is an adapted type "Vellahn". I myself grew up in a single-family house with just under 115 sqm, but as a child/adolescent you see everything quite differently than as an adult.
