House A: 125m2


House B: 112m2

Of the two floor plans, I much prefer the smaller one without a study. However, I find the route from the kitchen to the dining table less practical in both floor plans.

You can only see ground floors here, but already significant differences: the utility rooms are designed and sized quite differently; one kitchen includes a dining area, the other does not; one WC has a shower; overall, I find House B worse. The additional room in total is probably the study? - that would be a plus if one needed such a room, but due to its location, it is, for example, poorly suited as a children's room. What both variants have in common is the lack of care in the proof of furnishability - that alone would be reason enough for me to look for other providers.

28sqm living and dining area is really quite small, that will bother you sooner or later.
