Sorry, but sufficient is close to inadequate.
A wardrobe is well planned at 60 cm, some wardrobes measure almost 65 with doors. This applies to main wardrobes as well as wardrobes. You can fudge a bit if you use 50 cm without doors. We have that too, underneath it is unsatisfactory.

Through the chill lounge with shopping stuff into the kitchen. There are supposed to be situations where you want to withdraw without going straight to bed - not possible here. The 52 sqm are beautified, since the first ones actually still belong to the hallway.
Yes, and people often put a positive spin on their own operational blindness – often you compare the now with the past ;)

This floor plan and your implementation are probably final and nothing will be changed anymore. But you really should back down a bit. PS. The bedroom is adjacent to the hallway of the main apartment, if someone is a bit loud in the evening, everyone in the bedroom will wake up.

Alright, so I'll try
- to swap living room and kitchen (but I just liked the south side so much :(, my kitchen is almost new
and 4.18 m long, it should actually stay that way)
The chimney will shift because of that as well, let's see where to.
- Plan cabinets 60 cm deep or get rid of more things (less cabinets necessary)
- Hallway smaller
- Bedroom and closet bigger, hmm, then the little tower bigger too?
- See how much accessibility I can still get into WE2

: maybe something constructive from you? How far should I back down? I haven't submitted the building application yet, otherwise I wouldn't be asking. You don't really find the bedroom at the entrance hallway disturbing, do you :)? Otherwise, most apartment buildings would have to be redesigned.

So, any comments on the exterior appearance?

Thank you and have a nice evening!

And yes, I mean it seriously, semi-detached houses definitely have different partition walls installed and in normal apartment buildings the doors are centrally located at the stairwell and hopefully there won't be a bedroom there.

And I think that's a good point but you probably don't like to hear that just like your 40-cm closet..

Have a nice evening, I'm out.

Have you ever considered placing the Privatiers in the North/West? Usually, as one gets older, one is no longer so pleased with stronger sunlight in the living area. So possibly swap the areas.

I don't think the draft is exactly ideal either, but briefly again about the closet depth: You need 60cm if you want to hang something. But if you only want to lay T-shirts, sweaters, etc., 45cm are sufficient (and I think even better usable).

The kitchen does not necessarily have to be relocated, but maybe designed so that the corridor is in the kitchen area, not in the living area (so move the wall downwards according to the plan towards the living area, the door upwards according to the plan and it opens into the kitchen area).

Is a basement planned? Overall, including a possible planned basement, there is very little storage space. Needs improvement! You won't feel like running to the entrance hall to the utility room just to get the vacuum cleaner.

Statements like "we have it like that now too, it's enough" basically annoy me and spoil my willingness to contribute. Such an attitude is rubbish, sorry. You're building your house, spending a lot of money on it, and "that's good enough" is simply not enough. At least for me. And a 40cm deep cloakroom niche is okay IN A PINCH, but it's not ideal. So plan differently.
