Hello everyone,

we are desperately struggling with our bathroom planning including the piping layout. I hope I can convey the framework conditions well:

- Dimensions: 3.50 by 4 meters
- Below the bathroom is the guest room. Most likely one installation pipe will come down in a corner here, which is fine. Two installation pipes are a no-go
- The two windows can still be shifted by a few centimeters
- We are completely flexible with the two doors
- In the bathroom we would like: a walk-in shower, a double washbasin, washer and dryer (here a countertop can be used to "cover" a possible half-height partition wall. That means the countertop can be placed on the half-height partition wall)

I can’t manage to combine all components without needing a second installation pipe. Maybe it is possible to place sanitary fixtures on the opposite wall and lead the drain pipes to the other wall? Perhaps we are overcomplicating things?

Here is a solution where we can lead the pipes from the washbasin around the corner countertop:

Does anyone have optimization suggestions? We are not satisfied with the solution.

So placing a washbasin and probably also a bathtub on an opposite wall and routing the pipes in the floor to a drainage pipe should not be a problem.

Window planning ... dimensioned floor plan? Is the house already built? Toilet drainage is essential ... where did you have that planned?

… not with a wall unit as an eye-catcher in the bathroom.
But I also wouldn't know why under certain conditions two drainage shafts would be assumed.

I don't see it that way: if the dressing room is planned next door, then it should also work: 6.8 sqm is no guarantee for wardrobe meters.

I would always try to keep the washing machine and dryer out of a bathroom that is supposed to be for relaxation.

Measurements are missing for further planning.

House is not yet built. We are still completely flexible, also regarding the toilet drainage. The main thing is that it leads to a corner.

Why does this bathroom actually have 2 doors? And for possible adjustments, it would be useful to see an overall floor plan. It would also be good to at least see what is downstairs on the level below.

What about the windows? Parapet height 150 cm, from the finished floor or from the raw floor? Still adjustable or possible to plan differently?
