The dressing room can’t be big enough for most women, I’m aware of that. :D In the view, I only found the bedroom very lavish, considering that there is an additional dressing room, because even in 19m² you can fit a bed and a large wardrobe. But this is somewhat relativized by rearranging the bed and plotting the actual furniture.

Are you sure you want to discuss the entire floor plan again now, when the foundation slab has already been poured? I don’t think that will make you happy.

You effectively get only 3.60 meters of usable wardrobe space. For that, you can practically skip the sliding door. Have someone draw it for you :) Generally many narrow rooms and many doors. The wardrobe is hardly usable as such. We are currently just two people and would not be able to store our jackets there, let alone when kids are around. Shower, toilet, washbasin, and door in the guest toilet on one wall will also not work with the 2.7 meters. The pantry is also too narrow to be used sensibly. With a narrow 40cm shelf you just have 55cm left to turn around. I would widen the wardrobe and the guest toilet and leave out the pantry altogether. What is your hobby that you need such a narrow hobby room with an outside door? You can barely fit a shelf in there either. Maybe you better combine it with the utility room. Ideal also to store the things originally planned for the pantry. The room behind the garage also only has space for a 60cm shelf row. Then it is full. Generally: Have you ever placed furniture (in real sizes) into the rooms? Edit: Where are the couch and the TV supposed to go in the living room?

The layout could still be changed if it was really necessary. However, I am generally happy to listen to suggestions for improvements and I am open to new ideas.

The shower in the guest WC is already cancelled. It doesn’t fit, you are right. Only a small washbasin and a WC will fit in there.

We definitely need a pantry... at least to store various kitchen appliances.

The hobby room should serve as my sewing room. So only a table and a small shelf need to fit there.

We haven’t drawn the furniture in so far. The couch is U-shaped and should go at the top right in the living room (the marked door at the top will probably be removed). The TV should then be on the opposite wall (essentially the back wall of the hobby room).

I didn't want to do without a second shower in a new building today anymore. Especially since you are planning to have two children. I would rather give up the pantry or reduce the kitchen area for that. Otherwise, as I said, you can't really use the wardrobe properly. Oh sorry, I had seen the window as a door. Then that fits. You should urgently, very urgently do that. And better a bit bigger than smaller. The rooms will actually be smaller (the measurements are raw structural dimensions, so without plaster etc.).

Jochen named my concerns 1:1. Difficult is the missing furnishing. I am currently trying to imagine how a fireplace should be placed and how it then looks from all sides. Depending on the furnishing, the door to the pantry could be placed a bit more sensibly. Do you really need a door to the outside in the sewing room? That will rather be a dirt sluice.
