Hey guys, I urgently need your opinion on the topic of bathroom layout. There are just so many possibilities. The two options that I like best right now I have attached here as pictures. Each time the floor plan of the upper floor and a rendering. Can you tell me which one you like better? Or if you basically have other ideas, feel free to share!

A little info: [oben ist Osten]. The position of the sun in the renderings shows morning sun.

Thank you very much!

Mmh, to be honest, I don’t like either of them. In the first one, the toilet is directly opposite the wet area. I find that very annoying because you get wet feet on the toilet. In the second one, I think the room is too divided. Even though it’s nice and big, it feels like a guest shower. I would keep trying.

I also think that the massive partitioning only leads to dividing a nice large room into two without really having a positive benefit. Rather the opposite. I would partition the shower with an L, with the WC behind it if it is planned to be hidden.

What is keeping you from a new plan?
Or even from writing a comment?

Thank you for the opinions so far. I am definitely also open to completely new ideas. (Did I write that on FB as well?) Unfortunately, I have the feeling that there simply is no perfect arrangement. There is always something.

Can you briefly explain which version this refers to? I don't know right now how to position the L.

You are probably right there.

Of course, neither of the two. When planning a bathroom, you don't repair. You plan anew and in one room, not in two.
