Of course, this is also about a new planning, I never said otherwise. I just asked because I wanted to know where you would place the L. That was not clear to me. I tried this T-solution as an alternative. What do you think?

I would first only create the floor plans. Rendering according to the discussed design. Are the corner windows within the budget? Windows are not so easy to change. That should also be taken into account in the views.

I have not seen a floor plan of the ground floor yet. Why is the partition wall 25 cm thick? Solid construction or drywall? 13 cm is sufficient for the design.

I just pull the renderings directly from my planning software. It helps me visualize better. We actually also have corner windows on the other side of the house, top and bottom. Changing windows is not a big deal since we are still in the planning phase anyway.

I'll attach the ground floor plan for you. The thing about the partition wall is great info; I had just initially made it that thick to be safe. The house is a solid build but the walls will probably be made with drywall.

How is the view from the outside? On the right there is a house, so the neighbor can easily see what is going on in the bathroom. Opposite is presumably also a house. The corner window is then probably more for the table.

The T solution is, in my opinion, the better idea for the large bathroom.

Ok, . . But it is not helpful for the planning. You fall in love with a rendering every time and feel confirmed and that the planning is successful.

After I tried my hand at the bathroom, I actually wanted to write that three windows are one too many and bad for a bathroom setup. I also wanted to ask where the downpipe is going and only now see the ground floor plan. And honestly? It's not so great. What happened to you there between the stairs and the partition wall to the open space? The open space is where it should be most generous, just barely over 3 meters wide. Nobody can get to the TV if the table is occupied. The wardrobe has just a small niche for the women's shoe chest. Nothing more. And a WC in the south and only one square meter of south window in the open space makes the place dark from east to west.

I would have thought that there was already a final plan and now the bathroom only causes problems, but honestly, it is not even time for detailed planning. 180 sqm are planned in a DIY process, but everything is a compromise. The program does not think for you. The program may produce nice renderings, but that does not make someone who operates a mouse a planner or even an architect.
