So, I have some suggestions. This semi-detached house is a challenge because a) the knee wall of one meter in the north is not exactly great, then b) the staircase location, which in every semi-detached or terraced house must be crappy for the attic to be easily accessible. I have planned a staircase from the upper floor to the attic since the attic has its 33 sqm, which should not be underestimated. Also, everything should be bright; the bathroom and toilet location is already predetermined by the desired bedroom location, namely in the northeast with a crappy slope and roof window. In V5, I tried to draw a different staircase—that failed because it would be tight here and there. From V4, I think, I switched to a different type of window to have more freedom for furniture placement on the upper floor. I could not sensibly redesign the floor plan above differently. I considered that while you could move a child or parents to the attic, the expansion is initially not financially feasible. So: you can extend upwards, but you don't have to. I only used furniture as placeholders. I neglected details (colors and coverings), and the windows could also be revised. Probably the door swings as well, but some important measurements are included. Exterior walls 34 cm, interior walls 12 or 24 cm... whatever: I am not an architect, had to reactivate my husband's old PC because my program does not run on the Mac. Via email, I sent the bmps to my computer so that Tichu has something to work on. Basically, I think there is a favorite. At least for me. Tzzzz..... don't bmps work here???? Such crap
