Well, that almost sounds like a compliment. What don’t you like? I always find it interesting that the 10x10 prefabricated house floor plans are discussed over and over again, but when someone posts something different, there’s no big discussion.

What do you expect if you do everything "right" - apart from taste: wardrobe, staircase far enough out of the dirty area, dressing room accessible without disturbing the sleeper, etc., so all the usual criticisms are eliminated. Except that you don't hit the majority taste - not even as a deterrent example - everything is probably "in order." Enough has been changed anyway. Is it bad if I don't repeat my question about the deeper meaning of the 3.35 m now for 3.20 m? - the space under the staircase could still be used...

I would move the door of the first children's room further to the right, so out of the visitor area.

Is it not possible to swap the utility room and bathroom in the basement, then the long duct would be eliminated.
I think the reduction is otherwise well done

And then there is somehow no guest toilet that is easily and quickly accessible. If guests use the master bathroom, a small washbasin is missing at the toilet - otherwise they stand in the area of the bathtub... which can be annoying with a lot of visitors. One could rotate the shower by 90 degrees, then a niche for a washbasin space would be created. Possibly swap bedroom with bathroom ... might have advantages for [Saunabau]. Regards, Yvonne

I like it! It reminds me of Vorarlberg architecture.

There are little things that catch my eye:

Entrance area in the 2nd draft, do you save a lot of money if you move it backwards towards the slope? You need the side retaining walls there too, right?

How do you get to the gallery? Ladder in the kitchen area?

Do you still have the dormer on the gallery in the 2nd draft?

Is the roof in the bedroom designed as a shed roof or as a flat roof?

I have to admit, I find it difficult to read the plan. What is that wall on the left side in the basement? What is the gallery for? So these little corridors are unfortunately not my thing at all. They remind me of an office building. Of course, that takes up a lot of "walking area," which all has to be paid for. The living space is nice and large, but somehow impractical. Where are the vacuum cleaner and such stored? And where are the beverage crates? The whole thing somehow just seems flashy and representative, without meaning to offend you. So it looks nice, but without employees to clean, carry groceries into the kitchen, clean windows and do the laundry, etc., it would be too exhausting for me.
