Assessment of floor plan for 3-room apartment

But good keyword. How do you see the east-west orientation of the apartment, also regarding brightness? The apartment is on the 6th floor.

Sofa planning: I would have the door to the small roof terrace hinged the other way around so that it can be opened.

What are the dimensions of the sofa? And how far should it be from the TV?

Do you mean the terrace door by the table? And, how big is the table? Should it be partly under the stairs?

No, the door by the sofa.

The table is not to go under the stairs. That’s not possible anyway, there is a wall there.

The sofa is 2.50m x 1.70m (Ikea dimensions).
The table in the drawing is 1.40m x 0.8m.

But it will be newly purchased as needed.

Distance to the TV about 3m from the seating position.

The 3rd room will be a youth room after all - right? Have you already thought about the furnishing (a deep wish is often a 140 cm wide bed)?

What I also notice is that the door to the storage room under the stairs should also open outward, otherwise the room is not usable at all.

The "roof terrace" is not practically usable, maybe for a few kitchen herbs. Bedroom with evening sun, but the living area in the east? With the change, you wouldn't have a single shower in the apartment - personally, I would rather remove the bathtub from the bathroom.
