ypg: I would definitely remove the wall between the living room and the kitchen - it makes the living room feel so cramped. A separation, if desired, better with room dividers - a shelf open on both sides, for example.
That won't work because the wall between the kitchen and the room is marked as load-bearing.
You seem to know more than I do
Seriously: I am by no means an inexperienced floor plan reader, usually not even in apartment buildings, but here I can't quite clearly see what is supposed to be load-bearing. There must be some walls or supports, the span alone tells you that – but they are not clearly identifiable to me here.
I think the wall arrangement makes quite a bit of sense and I also have a suggestion, this time in color
I would use the first storage room for coats, clothing, ironing board, and the like; the second small one for mop and vacuum cleaner. I turned the WC into a utility room, there is space for a large shelf for the drill and Miracoli.
In the bathroom, the shower has moved into the washing machine niche. Be careful that a shower fits there in terms of depth. Overall, I would also pay attention to the doors. I made the ones for the storage rooms 10 cm narrower.
I don’t like the living room here so much, but I took bulky furniture everywhere. However, the kitchen is already a small gem for apartments
Many thanks for your effort, but the living room is definitely too small for me. Also, I’m missing a good wardrobe solution in the bedroom.
