Then make the kitchen two rows and place the door to the utility room at the top of the plan. The bathroom will just get a corner there. However, I don’t understand why you prefer to carry the laundry through the kitchen? Glass folding walls need space to fold. If you change your floor plan and create more space near the table, it’s a nice solution to fully open the window wall. The lift-and-slide door has the advantage that you don’t need any space for open door panels and at least half can also be opened.

The roof is designed to allow sitting at the table in the midday sun without additional shading.

If, for example, a technician has to go to the HTR due to a broken heater, they should not stomp through my sleeping area.

Use a folding lift shutter for the dining room. Then you simultaneously have a roof over the patio table.

I'm glad the suggestion was worthwhile: you have already received some change proposals. And I have received the expected proof that the area in the bathroom, which I felt was wasted, could have a more beneficial effect elsewhere. By the way, I don't only see the dining table blocking the way when opening the terrace door, but pretty much standing in the way in general. I will gladly think about the terrace door when the design has reached a more mature stage.

Be sure to draw your existing or desired furniture to scale. Consider traffic routes. The distance from the wall to the table edge should be at least 80 cm, in your case rather more. A laundry basket must also easily fit through without disturbing your spouse.

If you give the utility room an exterior door, the technician does not have to go through the bathroom; it is also easier to change the heating/boiler etc. occasionally.

Between the bathroom or kitchen & utility room, I would plan a sliding door.
