Then make the kitchen two rows and place the door to the utility room at the top of the plan. The bathroom will just get a corner there. However, I don’t understand why you prefer to carry the laundry through the kitchen?I have to reconsider the alternative access to the HTR. Going through the bathroom doesn’t seem good to me at first, but maybe remove the hallway and move the kitchen over there and put a door there.
Glass folding walls need space to fold. If you change your floor plan and create more space near the table, it’s a nice solution to fully open the window wall. The lift-and-slide door has the advantage that you don’t need any space for open door panels and at least half can also be opened.Lift-and-slide door or would a glass folding wall be recommended instead?
