How nice, many interesting suggestions and tips! Thank you for that and for the weekend, the gray cells have something to do again.

The roof overhang is 70cm and automatic roller shutters including smart control are also included, hopefully that will be enough. In the original plan, the kitchen and living room were swapped; in summer at high temperatures and with the covered terrace, the roller shutter can remain open. Somehow, however, no nice seating solution with a view of the garden was found. With the living room in the south, TV, garden, and the existing 3m wardrobe wall can be combined quite well, and a fireplace is possible at the entrance to the room.

Are these the exact furniture dimensions or locations?
For solution a+b I don't know if it really looks nice with the sofa placed like that in the entrance area. However, I also understand the point that the bedroom entrance through the dining room is not ideal. I prefer it better if the kitchen is on the left after entering, so C.
Everything strongly depends on furniture/TV usage etc.; for us, the TV plays a minor role.
Maybe you will still find a solution so that the door to the small bathroom can be opened inward.
I believe that from now on, especially individual preferences are decisive.

I see all kinds of variations, each only dividing the same exterior wall frame slightly differently, and on top of that not fully worked out (few pieces of furniture pushed elsewhere, but others not drawn in, in sum this often makes the variant hard to verify). What is the point of this game? - Rockets with the handbrake on will hardly bring a revolution, but rather fly in circles.

that would be feasible for kitchen and table at most, if sliding doors are planned, whereby the table can be a bit longer.

The wall unit is 420cm long plus panels, hob in niche.

ignore the red cabinets on the left side of the plan

A pure L-shaped kitchen would also be possible; this would allow the dining area more room to develop.

Thank you for many critical comments!

After a weekend of much back-and-forth thinking, we do not want to significantly change the floor plan. Details regarding the hallway are still open; the walls there will probably be made a bit shorter, thereby enlarging the living/dining area. In the dressing room, the wall and the north window are up for consideration; instead of the dressers, large clad cabinets on the back side or simply a large bedroom would be the alternatives – possibly in this context shifting the wall to the bathroom so that it would grow to about 14 m².
