Our pool is built flush with the ground, so you cannot see any concrete exterior walls.

Best regards Sabine

Then it is a classic pool with concrete walls. This is often done and has little to do with a "concrete pool." I meant something where the concrete is visible everywhere like in the example from . Just lining the inner basin looks stupid. Just concrete looks awesome but causes problems over time with chlorine or salt.

Projects 2020 around the house:
- Greenhouse
- Vegetable garden
- Chicken coop
- Beehive
- Compost system with Bokashi and EM
- Designing one thing or another on the premises
- Outdoor sauna
- Putting the hot tub into operation
- Carport with shed
- Starting forest conversion to an uneven-aged forest
- Making firewood
Let's see how far we get - sitting on the terrace and reading is often an appealing alternative in good weather. Then some things will just be left undone and go on a list for 2021. Nothing is a must.

You still have a lot ahead of you. Are you switching to self-sufficiency?

Typical catalog product that looks good in the photo but makes no sense. Uninsulated = heating costs higher than for the whole house. Rough, therefore hard to clean. No ergonomically shaped seat/lying places, which reduces the relaxation effect. For the same reason, I wouldn't take a barrel or anything inflatable either. For us, also garden, garden, garden.

Wooden barrels are quite nice – especially when they are still heated with wood. Very time-consuming.

In Iceland, I had already seen hot pots – without bubbling function – made of concrete, which were coated from the inside. It was similar to a bathtub coating.
