It doesn't have to be that way, you can also insulate. Let's see what it will be. I just don't really want a plastic tub or a "paddling pool" like the inflatable ones, although those aren't bad.

Let's see what we manage to accomplish from the short- and mid-term "projects" this year, what will be finished in 2020, and what will be postponed to 2021
- new kitchen: sand ceiling beams, insulate gaps, install wastewater pipes, lay tiles, assemble kitchen
- storage room: insulate ceiling, core drilling, lay tiles, install shelving system
- warehouse: chisel out wall, install door, brick up old door opening
- partition wall in the living room
- replace 14 windows in the house
- re-insulate ceiling in the living room
- hallway in between: lay tiles, replace door
- new shed
- paint facade, renew weatherboards
- pave courtyard and carport
- build fence
- completely gut old kitchen + old bathroom, lay tiles, install entrance door etc. (office expansion)
- rebuild stairs from ground floor to first floor, tear down old ones, build stairs from first floor to attic, remove old ones
- create new bathroom with drywall, including pipes, sanitary fittings, tiles...
- create and furnish dressing room with drywall
- renew floor and insulate ceiling in current dressing room

What connections do you have at the location ((high-)voltage, water, sewage, heating, LAN...)? That will also influence the decision. Insulating (floor and walls) and a good cover make sense. Where do you want to place the equipment or just simple cartridge filters? In any case, I am looking forward to seeing when you realize the project.

That is all still in the future. However, I do have empty conduits and water.

At my place: building a fence, continuing to design the garden, it would be great if I could finish the terrace (at the moment we are up to the gravel). Paving the parking space is still open, but I don't think that will happen next year. Financially speaking.

one step at a time and the car doesn't care whether it's pavement or gravel
