Good morning everyone,

since the year is coming to an end, hopefully most of the projects for 2019 are completed. What do you have planned for 2020? Bigger projects in the garden, upgrades in the house? What will you be doing next year?

We finally want to be finished and move in January/February, so garden and terrace will be on the plan for next year.

My personal passion project is the whirlpool. I just don’t know yet whether to buy one or build one myself. I just don’t want some plastic thing...

Concrete would be amazing:

Don't do the concreting. It only causes problems in the long run. There's a reason why pools are hardly made of concrete anymore.
unless [Folie] is added. But then it looks awful.
Our project for 2020 is still the house construction. Last week there was the first snow. Let's see how long the men can keep working...

Where do you live? Yes, I know, but it looks great. Maybe I'll build a wooden tub like that too. But I think in the end it will be one of those inflatable ones^^

How big is your garden, please?

I can't agree with that. We had a pool built out of concrete, which was lined with a white liner, and it looks very good.

Best regards Sabine

But fully covered then? Only the basin in foil and walls etc. in concrete does not look good to me. Please show a picture.
