Your opinions on our floor plan and offer

We have solar, controlled residential ventilation, and better insulation - for KfW70. I cannot give you advice on other combinations, as I am not an expert. But everything has its price and is calculated according to the house.

I prefer straight stairs, moreover I prefer stairs that are staged and not so inconspicuous.
In this case, the stair landing is directly in the entrance and thus dirt area. If that doesn't bother anyone...

Improvements to a floor plan are always difficult; if you change the staircase, everything changes.
Besides, you have to consider the surroundings; here I could imagine a building that also takes into account the length of the plot.

Just because someone personally prefers something doesn't make it better or worse. For me, a staircase is a utilitarian object that should disappear as much as possible. I wouldn't stage it – but that's just my opinion.
@hetjam9: A little tip for you as a future builder: Get as many "references" from the contractor as possible and talk to the people. They can usually tell you in great detail where the provider has issues. Then you also know what to expect with your provider. For example: In our construction specifications it said: container for construction site provided by the factory. The container was emptied 4 times for us – that was not mentioned – but that's what makes a good provider: they empty it as often as necessary. Other builders of your provider know such details immediately (if there would be additional costs).

Exactly, that's why I asked in a previous post whether this staircase is really intended.

Many builders consider a staircase as given; of course, in a new building it is basically freely selectable.

In this project, however, it won't be possible to change it, the starting-step problem remains and must be accepted.
