Why is _no one allowed_ to install my washbasins?

Can't you do it yourself? It's not difficult. It's about the warranty. Around here, the installers sometimes do it but with a 100% surcharge.

Yes, we have been advised that several times. In the utmost necessity, we will do it ourselves. But we are not professionals, nor hobbyists; neither my husband nor I have ever installed a shelf. For me, my dad (later a craftsman) always did that during his lifetime, and my husband grew up without a father, in a country where no one builds houses out of stone. Both are IT specialists. Therefore, there is 0.0 experience.

According to your story, I would steer clear of it myself.
Again, various options besides doing it yourself:
a) ebay classifieds/MyHammer together with other small tasks that surely still need to be done for you.
b) Call all local companies/caretaker services, etc., all-round service providers (and offer it together with other tasks)
c) Put the washbasin on a table (simply doable yourself) and stick the runners to the tiled wall in two or three places without drilling, done and dusted.
d) Take a wooden board and go to the nearest sawmill/carpentry and ask them to drill the pre-marked hole and then pay for it.
e) Implement other options mentioned by other forum members.

If none of this leads to success, then I really advise selling the house again, because with a house there are always similar things to deal with that either you yourself or another person has to handle.
But it probably won't come to that, because in my opinion, the problem is not really a real problem. Do it as various people suggested here and the thread will soon be positively closed or send me your place of residence and I guarantee you to find someone who will hang this thing on the wall! Ufff... I just can't believe it right now.

Hehe, I would also offer all remaining tasks to a "general handyman." Someone still has to hang pictures, lay a carpet on the floor, or make the bed.

Seriously, I am currently looking for craftsmen myself and am flooded with offers through all channels. With invoice, without invoice, from the region, from Poland or southern Germany, reasonable conversations or "Want to do the job..." etc.
Even for small things, it's not a problem, probably more likely against payment into the coffee fund.

I'm sorry that your father is no longer alive.
Did your father never teach you that?
I am grateful to my father that he placed value on it and preferred to hear sayings like "he should accept that he has no boys."

Check out the hardware store or VHS; there are special courses for women. Some manual skills never hurt when owning a house. There's always something to do. YouTube should not be underestimated either. For example, I once found a step-by-step guide there to replace a spare part on my dishwasher.
