I have no problem with men and testosterone-fueled smartassery. Should I spill the beans? The greater the verbal ability, the smaller the practical one.
There is no doubt about your spilling the beans, and believe me, as a man you get an even higher dose of it from the same gender. So I have only ever met heroes when building.... but..... you could measure them by their deeds, not by their words.- Who has no problem with such men?..... or rather, people?I have no problem with men and testosterone-driven smartassery. Yes, I can imagine that, since I also worked in a male domain. But it is certainly also true that each "party" knows something about the other, and that each party itself is often no more harmonious internally, regardless of gender. I wouldn't care at all whether the course is attended or led by women or men, as long as the content is right. That's why the idea would have seemed foreign to me; but if it is accepted that way and works, then that's good too. That is the beauty of freedom. However, if I were not allowed to get a free spot simply because I am a man and only interested in the subject, like probably everyone else, that would be a shame. Similarly, I would stand up for a woman to get a free spot in a men's course.... oh dear. Among reasonably socialized people, this problem should not really arise in a course; if it does, it is rarely because of the gender of the participants... he wrote and went to register for the same-sex drumming course.I have been working in a male domain for over 15 years. Do you have any idea what a woman has to listen to there? Apart from that, men sometimes think and tick differently than women. Therefore, it makes sense to offer courses separately.
