Then preferably also by women - with hardly anything can you scare off laywomen better than with mansplaining.Check out the hardware store or VHS, there are special courses for women.

"Courses for women" are discrimination per se for both sides?
Moreover, I also feel excluded and discriminated against by this.
....or for me, because I am not allowed to go there due to my gender - among all the big and strong men, you are completely overlooked.....I myself am a child of coeducation, but "girls only" offers are demonstrably advantageous. Mind you, offers - discrimination would be for the girls if they had no choice and had to attend the girls' course.
That was absolutely right too and it is a great idea, which hopefully will also be taken up. By the way, embarrassing yourself in front of men of the same sex is definitely much more uncomfortable and more frequent, because these male role models already know and can do everything so well beforehand.Maybe there are also courses just for men? There men can exchange ideas and don't have to be afraid of embarrassing themselves in front of the fairer sex. And get beer instead of champagne.
Actually, I didn't want to start a discussion about equality, but just show the original poster a way to build up craft skills. A few skills simply don't hurt.
