What is a sensible house construction planning process?

EBH stands out a bit from the rest, Fingerhut Haus and Schwörerhaus are stylistically more comparable to each other; I distinguish them at the earliest on a third glance. I once lived near a Fingerhut Haus, a solid Westerwald company. I wouldn't choose them for a designer little castle, but for traditional home cooking, in my opinion, a very good choice.

From EBH, I really only see Ratio and S as product lines stylistically comparable to Fingerhut Haus and Schwörerhaus.

EBH is simply the most transparent company for me so far.... The prices are listed online, even for the expansion with Kfw 40, and the construction service description breaks down exactly what is not included... That is what I miss a lot with the others! Because I want to roughly know if I stay within budget or if a provider is out from the start because it’s extra expensive and then I can save myself the time for a consultation there. And on average, there is a house there that has exactly the floor plan we want...

I see no transparency. The construction service description suggests to the builder that they are definitely buying a KfW 40 house. You have to look twice there.
I am also amazed at the sanitary products—they still offer something like that at all.
At least the bathtub and shower are tiled, so the sink and toilet are not.
Ouch... that reeks heavily of surcharges, especially when you mention this company in the same sentence as Schwörerhaus and Fingerhut.

Yes, take a close look. There are no earthworks included in the base price. No floor coverings at all, so no floor tiles either. No underfloor heating. The standard is the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016. With gas heating. And there are considerable distance surcharges on the base price if you do not build around Berlin. Part over 10 thousand euros. Yes, you can live with much of what is standard there. But the EBH prices are not cheap for what is offered.
