Video doorbell and surveillance camera for new construction

we have integrated the Gira 106 system into the mailbox and the whole thing is displayed internally on the iPad and externally on the mobile phone. No additional costs are incurred and the system has nothing to do with Cloud.

May I ask how expensive the Gira 106 doorbell is? I can't find much about it on the internet.

We only need a camera, speaker, and microphone, 1 button, and ekey module.

How is the image transmitted to the phone when you are on the go?

2) Info module (e.g. house number)
3) Voice module
4) Call button
5) Audio+video control unit
6) TKS-IP gateway
7) Bus cable and power supply

that is of course a very proud price which is unfortunately too high for us

Which alternative POE doorbells can you still recommend to me? that do not have an integrated ekey?

€3,700 for a doorbell is quite a steep price.

We will go with Eufy (eufy Security Video Doorbell Dual Camera) along with the matching outdoor cameras and the whole thing will be done for under €1,500.

Considering that the whole process was integrated into KNX and that these are ultimately the prices with Gira
and in combination with the mailbox, it was the only solution we liked.
