Believe me, that happens to you when they are busy or on vacation, otherwise all locksmiths would have nothing to do because everyone would have nice neighbors!

The Gira system is really stylish. We have two of these stations with camera and Ekey. One more with house number and engraved names. But also integrated into KNX. Without KNX or with a smaller budget, I would take a look at Goliath or even Axis.
